Shipping Instructions
- Your watch will be returned via FedEx to the shipping address you provided. A signature will be required when your watch is returned to protect your valuable possession.
- Return shipping typically takes 1 to 2 days. P.O. Box addresses cause additional delays in shipping.
- The Swiss Service Center recommends that you send your watch to us via any method that allows you to both insure and track the package.
- Please do not ship your watch in its display box, as it is impossible for us to keep your watch and its box together due to the volume of watches we handle per week.
- After receiving and inspecting your watch we will send you a written estimate by mail or to the fax number entered in the above form. All watches shipped out from Swiss Service Center, Inc. are subject to a shipping and handling charge, unless under warranty.
- As an authorized service agent, Swiss Service Center, Inc. provides full factory warranty repair on Omega, Rado, Longines, Tissot, and Hamilton. To qualify under the terms of a factory warranty, you will need to supply the warranty card or book and the original sales receipt along with your watch when shipping your factory warranted watch in for repair.
